A delegation of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan exchanged experience with counterparts from the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) at the 5th conference "Human Resources in the Era of Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence: Development, Prospects and Challenges", held in Azerbaijan.
Representatives of Turkmenistan's railway administration took part in the 2nd meeting of the Strategic Group for the Development of International Transport Corridors, held in Moscow. The meeting decided to work on establishing a through timetable for container trains across the CIS, a system for monitoring its implementation and the relevant regulatory framework, as well as on automating MGSP monitoring processes, according to the website of the CIS Executive Committee.
Non-oil trade between Turkmenistan and Iran reached around $504 million over the nine-month reporting period, with cargo flows of 1.19 million tonnes — a 19.9% increase in value on the same period last year, according to the MEHR news agency, cited by orient.tm.

The State Concern Turkmenkhimiya has been instructed to ensure the efficient operation of the Tejenkarbamid plant. The President of Turkmenistan signed the corresponding Resolution today at a meeting of the Government.
The second stage of fitting young cattle with electronic chips is under way at the Sha Yoly livestock complex, part of the State Association of the Livestock and Poultry Industry of Ahal Velayat. The complex was chosen as the pilot site for the project, where animals are being ear-tagged and microchipped in stages.
South Korea's Daewoo E&C has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Turkmenistan's State Committee for Water Management on cooperation in modernising the Karakum Canal. The company is considering taking part in the reconstruction and engineering upgrade of a section approximately 250 kilometres long. The document was signed by Daewoo E&C CEO Lee Kang-seok and Committee Chairman Durdy Gendzhiev on the sidelines of the Turkmen-Korean Business Forum in Seoul
The first Central Asia – Republic of Korea Business Summit, held in Seoul on 16 September, concluded with the signing of a Joint Statement and a package of bilateral and multilateral memoranda. Addressing the forum, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov named transport and logistics as the strategic priority of cooperation and called on business circles to form a single network of multimodal corridors.
