Rustem Faritovich Rastumkhanov is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RISE OIL GROUP, a position he has held since 2014. He possesses extensive expertise in the international trading of petroleum products, export market development, supply-chain and logistics management, business creation and scaling, contract negotiation and execution, and cross-border and intergovernmental supply operations, with particular expertise in the bitumen and petroleum products markets. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Rastumkhanov has built an international trading structure spanning Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Bahrain, Qatar, and Singapore. He has organized the export of petroleum products to markets across Central and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, developed bitumen supply operations for major infrastructure projects, established a joint-venture oil terminal in Uzbekistan with a storage capacity of 15,000 tonnes of petroleum products, and developed long-standing relationships with major suppliers, including Rosneft, LUKOIL, Gazprom Neft, Orsk, and Tatneft. His key professional achievements include the establishment of an international oil trading group with an annual trading volume of up to 600,000 tonnes, expansion into markets across more than 15 regions worldwide, and the development of reliable and sustainable supply chains.
