The forum closes with a seated dinner for delegates, speakers, partners, and representatives of the organising ministries. Where the opening reception is for moving around the room, this evening is the opposite: a seated dinner offers two to three hours of substantive conversation with the people beside you rather than twenty brief introductions. If there is a particular delegation or company you wish to speak with at length, please inform the Registration Desk, and we will do our best to accommodate your seating preferences. The evening features a cultural programme of Turkmen music and dance, alongside closing remarks from the organisers. Attendance is included in your delegate package and requires no separate booking — your forum badge serves as your admission pass.
