Turkmenistan Investment Forum 2026 (TIF 2026)
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Turkmenistan Investment Forum 2026 ("Forum") organized by Turkmen Congress ("Organizer"). By selecting the "I Agree" checkbox during online registration, the Delegate confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and agrees to be legally bound by them.
1. Registration
1.1. Registration for the Forum is completed through the official online registration platform.
1.2. Registration is considered complete after submission of the registration form and acceptance of these Terms.
1.3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration if inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information has been provided.
2. Participation
2.1. Participation is granted in accordance with the selected participation package.
2.2. The participation package may include, depending on the selected package:
2.3. The Organizer shall provide the services included in the selected package as published by the Organizer.
2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Forum programme, speakers, venue, schedule or format where reasonably necessary without incurring liability.
3. Participation Fee
3.1. Participation is subject to payment of the applicable registration fee.
3.2. Payment shall be made in accordance with the Invoice issued by the Organizer.
3.3. Online payment processing fees (4.6%), Bank charges including Bank processing fees (2%) and correspondent bank commissions shall be borne by the Delegate.
4. Delegate Responsibilities
4.1. The Delegate shall provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information required for registration and participation.
4.2. The Delegate shall comply with the Forum rules, security procedures and the applicable legislation of Turkmenistan.
4.3. Delegate badges are personal and non-transferable.
5. Business Meetings
5.1. Requests for B2B, B2G and official bilateral meetings shall be submitted by the Delegate through the official registration platform or by other means specified by the Organizer.
5.2. To arrange such meetings, the Delegate shall provide complete, accurate and timely information, including, where applicable, the name of the requested organization, ministry, government authority, company or institution, the name and position of the requested representative, the purpose of the meeting, the subject matter to be discussed, and any other information reasonably requested by the Organizer.
5.3. The Organizer shall commence arrangements for B2B, B2G and official bilateral meetings only after receiving the information required under Clause 5.2.
5.4. Requests for B2B, B2G and official bilateral meetings are subject to prior review by the Organizer and, where applicable, confirmation by the relevant ministries, government authorities, state agencies, state-owned enterprises, organizations or other competent institutions.
5.5. The Organizer does not guarantee that any requested meeting will be arranged.
5.6. The Organizer shall not be liable for the cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or refusal of any requested meeting by government authorities, ministries, state agencies, state-owned enterprises, organizations, companies or other third parties.
5.7. The Organizer shall not be responsible for the Delegate's inability to participate in requested meetings where such inability results from incomplete, inaccurate or late submission of the information required under this Section.
6. Visa Support
6.1. Upon request, the Organizer may provide invitation documents required for visa application procedures.
6.2. Consular fees, visa fees, migration fees and any other governmental charges are the sole responsibility of the Delegate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3. The Organizer shall not be responsible for visa refusal, delayed issuance, denial of entry or any decision made by competent governmental authorities.
6.4. The Delegate is solely responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information and supporting documents required for the preparation of the invitation letter and visa support. The Organizer shall bear no responsibility for any refusal to issue an invitation, refusal or delay in visa issuance, refusal of entry into Turkmenistan, cancellation of participation, or any losses, expenses or other adverse consequences resulting from the Delegate's failure to provide the required information or documents within the deadlines established by the Organizer.
7. Delegate Replacement
7.1. A Delegate may be replaced by another representative of the same organization upon prior written notification within the deadline established by the Organizer.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
8.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
8.2. Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the Organizer's Cancellation Policy.
8.3. The Organizer reserves the right to retain cancellation charges and actual expenses incurred in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. Neither Party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, armed conflicts, strikes, travel restrictions or other force majeure events.
9.2. The affected Party shall notify the other Party as soon as reasonably practicable.
10. Personal Data
10.1. The Delegate consents to the collection, storage and processing of personal data for registration, accreditation, visa support, organization of meetings and administration of the Forum.
10.2. Personal data shall be processed solely for purposes related to the Forum and in accordance with the applicable legislation.
11. Photo and Video Consent
11.1. The Delegate grants the Organizer the right to photograph, film and record audio during the Forum.
11.2. Such materials may be used by the Organizer for promotional, informational, reporting, archival and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. All Forum materials, presentations, publications, recordings and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
12.2. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of Forum materials without prior written permission is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for travel disruptions, airline cancellations, accommodation issues, baggage loss, actions of third parties, governmental decisions or any indirect or consequential damages beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.
13.2. The Organizer's liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount of the participation fee actually paid by the Delegate, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkmenistan.
14.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiations.
14.3. If no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Turkmenistan.
15. Electronic Acceptance
15.1. By selecting the "I Agree" checkbox during online registration, the Delegate confirms acceptance of these Terms.
15.2. Such electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement and has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
15.3. These Terms form an integral part of the Delegate Agreement generated upon successful registration.
