Eric Livny is Head of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Office in Turkmenistan. He has extensive experience in economic policy, development, and investment across Central Asia and previously served as the EBRD’s Regional Lead Economist for Central Asia. In his current role, he leads the Bank’s engagement with the Government of Turkmenistan, the private sector, and development partners, supporting the development of investment opportunities and economic cooperation. His expertise covers economic policy, private sector development, investment, and sustainable economic growth.
