About
Annageldi Saparov holds a degree in engineer-mechanic from the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan. Throughout his career, Mr. Saparov has held various leadership positions in the energy and industrial sectors of Turkmenistan. He has served as a deputy minister in both the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production and the Ministry of Energy. Currently, Mr. Saparov is the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan, overseeing the country's energy policies and development.
