About
Mr. Vladmir Valetka has over 20 years of progressively responsible experience in sustainable development and industrial restructuring, M&E, conducting socio-economic impact assessments and policy simulations of fiscal measures. Mr. Valetka has diverse experience working in research and senior management positions for the government, the United Nations, World Bank, EU agencies and leading think tanks in ECA region. Vladimir holds PHD in Economics and is an alumnus of the International Programme for Development Evaluation (IPDET).
