Mr. Uladzimir Valetka is a development coordination professional, economist and evaluator with over 20 years of experience working with the United Nations, the World Bank, Government and international policy research institutions. He currently advises the United Nations Resident Coordinator and Country Team in Turkmenistan on strategic planning, SDG financing, economic transformation, partnerships and sustainable development transitions. His expertise spans development coordination, evaluation, social protection, public finance and strategic foresight, with a particular interest in applying UN 2.0 capabilities to strengthen decision-making and investment for sustainable development. Mr. Valetka holds a PhD in Economics, a Master of Evaluation from Saarland University, and is an alumnus of IPDET.
