Begenc Seydillayevich Atagulyyev was born on 11 February 1983 in the Bagyr residential complex of the Büzmeýin District of Ashgabat city. Nationality: Turkmen. From June 2010 to January 2011, worked as a Senior Economist in the Credit Department of the Ruhabat District Branch of the Ahal Region Administration of the State Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan “Daýhanbank”. From January 2011 to March 2012, worked as a Principal Economist in the Credit Department of the State Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan “Daýhanbank”.
