Kerimov Hangeldi was born in 1988. In 2011, he graduated from the Turkmen State Transport and Communications Institute. Between 2011 and 2012, he worked as the deputy chairman of the technical production department of the “Balkanyolgurlushyk” production association of the “Turkmenavtoyollary” state concern. In 2012, he worked as the head of the technical production department of the “ Balkanyolgurlushyk” production association of the “Turkmenavtoyollary” state concern. Between 2014 and 2015, he worked as the chief engineer of the production association “ Balkanyolgurlushyk” of the “Turkmenavtoyollary” state concern. Between 2015 and 2016, he worked as a chief specialist of the Technical Production Department of the Balkan Velayat Highways Administration of the Turkmenavtoyollary State Concern. In 2019, he worked as the chief engineer of the “Balkanavtoulag” production association of the “Turkmenavtoulaglary” agency. Between 2023 and 2024, he served as the acting chief engineer of the State Agency for the Management of Road Construction. From September 2024 to February 2026, he worked as the head of the State Agency for the Management of Road Construction. In February 2026, he was appointed Minister of Highways of Turkmenistan.
