Professional experience includes a career in international sales, regional business development, dealer development, and the machinery sector. Since January 2026, serves as Manager, Regional Business and Dealer Development for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at WIRTGEN INTERNATIONAL GmbH, Windhagen, Germany, a manufacturer of road construction machinery. The position involves responsibility for regional business and dealer development across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. From August 2017 to December 2025, served as Regional Sales Manager for the CIS, Eastern Europe and Turkey at the BENNINGHOVEN Branch of Wirtgen Mineral Technologies GmbH, Wittlich, Germany, a manufacturer of asphalt mixing plants. In 2016 and 2017, professional experience was gained at CLAAS Global Sales GmbH, Harsewinkel, Germany, a manufacturer of agricultural machinery. From September 2016 to February 2017, an internship and Master’s thesis were completed in the International Sales Importer Markets East Europe division. From August 2013 to September 2015, served at ORIGINAL MOTORS LLC, Baku, Azerbaijan, an official dealer of IVECO and CASE construction machinery in Azerbaijan. Positions held included Key Account Manager and Procurement and Logistics Manager (Team Leader). The professional activities covered retail trade, vehicle repair, and construction equipment. Higher education includes a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Engineering (MBA&E), with a specialization in Automotive Management, obtained at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, Germany, following studies from October 2015 to March 2017. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Economics and Management was obtained from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Baku, following studies from September 2004 to June 2008. Additional professional training includes Sales Strategy Training at Wirtgen Group, completed from 2019 to 2022, covering Modules 1–4 in Germany. From 15 to 19 February 2016, SAP-Module training was completed at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, Germany, covering “Global Bike Inc. – MM, PP, and SD Case Studies.” From 12 November to 8 December 2012, participation was completed in the Manager Training Program of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology of Germany, conducted in cooperation with the Government of Azerbaijan through Consortium Neue Bundesländer (NBL), Dresden, Germany.
