Prof. Jing Dong works as a dean of the International Cultural Exchange School and professor of business at Shanghai university of finance and economics (SUFE), China. Academic and research activities focus primarily on strategic management, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Academic experience includes visiting scholar positions at INSEAD, France, and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA. Research and publication activities include more than 70 papers published in academic journals, including Organization Science, China Economic Review, and Management World. He also authored and edited more than 10 books. She has served as a Principal Investigator (PI) for more than 30 research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and key projects under the Shanghai "Soft Science" Program. Selected honors include the “New Century Excellent Talents Support Program” of the Ministry of Education of China, the “Oriental Talent” Program of Shanghai in the Top-notch Category, and the First Prize of the Shanghai Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award.
