Kemal Goshliyev brings extensive leadership and sector experience to his role as Head of Office at UNFPA, a position he has held since May 2024. Serving with UNFPA since 2010 as National Programme Analyst and Programme Specialist on Reproductive Health, he has demonstrated sustained expertise across program design, strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Prior to joining UNFPA, Dr. Goshliyev collaborated with the US Peace Corps, UNDP, UNICEF, and the State Medical University of Turkmenistan. He graduated from the State Medical University of Turkmenistan in 1995 and earned a Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) from Western Illinois University, USA.
