In 2013 Abdulla Geldiev graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering. By profession - civil engineer. After graduating from institute in 2013–2015, he worked as a construction foreman in the «Ashgabatenergogurlushyk» c o n s t r u c t i o n department of the «Turkmenenergogurlushyk» concern of the Ministry of Energy. Since 2015, he has worked in various positions within the Ministry of Construction and Architecture. Since October 2020 till February 2024 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, and on February 2024 - Minister of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan.
