In 2009, he graduated from the Russian State Agrarian University – Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy with a degree in Management. He completed research internships in South Korea, Japan, Türkiye, and the People’s Republic of China. In 2020, he participated in the Sectoral Managers Training Program on Change Management. Career He began his career in 2009 as a Senior Expert at the Center for Economic Development Planning of JSC "Economic Research Institute" under the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2010 to 2016, he served at JSC "Economic Research Institute" as Senior Expert of the Investment Process Analysis Department, Head of the Investment Process Analysis Department, and Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Center. On 3 May 2016, he was appointed Deputy General Director of JSC "QazTrade" Center for Trade Policy Development under the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He contributed to the development of key strategic frameworks, including the "Strategic Development Plan of Kazakhstan until 2025," the "Scheme for the Rational Allocation of Production Capacities," and the national "Business Climate" report. He also served as Head of the Project Group for the implementation of the Country Cooperation Programme between Kazakhstan and the OECD. Since 2015, he has been a member of the national Global Entrepreneurship Monitor team based at Nazarbayev University. Since 14 September 2026, he has served as General Director of JSC "QazTrade" Center for Trade Policy Development.
