Sapa Gurbanberdiyev graduated from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in 2018 with a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy.
In 2021, he began his career in the transport and logistics sector as a specialist at the economic society “Turkmen Logistika Ulgamy”. He later served as Senior Coordinator for International Relations at the Turkmen Logistics Association. Since 2025, he has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Association.
He is actively engaged in advancing international cooperation in the field of transport and logistics, contributing to projects aimed at process optimization and the expansion of international trade routes. He is a regular participant in international forums dedicated to the development of regional transport corridors, as well as meetings of national working groups on trade facilitation, digitalization of logistics, and other initiatives supporting Turkmenistan’s national strategic objectives.
