Sync TIF 2026 delegates into your Google Sheet — upsert by Registration ID, mapped columns only.

Everything the Google Sheets export contains, in the same columns — except passport details, which are never included and never extracted.

Every column of the Google Sheets export — all 84 positions, A to CF, passport details included — in one .xlsx file with a bold frozen header row and sensible column widths. Text columns stay text, so passport and phone numbers are never reformatted. The CSV button above is unchanged.

Entity Backup (JSON)
One entity at a time, every record, read across all pages so nothing is truncated. Read-only: no record is created, changed or deleted.

Downloads as <entity>_<count>_<YYYY-MM-DD>.json. The run is recorded in the export audit log (entity, count, who, when).

All 86 entities, one at a time, every record. Your browser may ask to allow multiple downloads for this site — allow them, or use “Download again” on any row afterwards. The files go straight to your downloads folder; nothing is stored in the app.

On Arrival Report
Who arrived and departed, checked into their hotel, checked in at the desk, had a badge printed and received their souvenir — each with its date and time.

Thirteen columns, A to M: Registration ID · Name and Surname · Position · Company name · Package (International / National) · Arrival details · Departed details · Hotel checked-in details · Hotel checked-out details · Registration check-in (date and time) · Print badge status · VIP souvenir · General souvenir. Times are GMT+5 (Ashgabat). Airport and hotel details show the latest non-voided station record; souvenirs show the type actually handed over. Organizers are included in this report. Archived, declined, cancelled and test registrations are left out.

Delegate ticket documents (ZIP)
Every Flight Ticket document uploaded by delegates, in one .zip file — one file per ticket, named with the delegate's Registration ID and name.
Digital tickets (ZIP)
Paste registration IDs — one per line, or separated by commas — and download each delegate's digital ticket as its own A6 PDF, all inside one ZIP. These are the exact tickets delegates see in their portal, with their photo, name, company and QR code.
Safe by design

• Rows never move — each row is found by its Registration ID and updated where it sits. No sorting, inserting, deleting, or shifting. New delegates append below the last row containing data.

• Mapped columns only — columns D, E, G, H, K–Q (excl. R,S), T–W, Y, AB, AE, AJ and AW onward are never touched.

• Never clears or deletes — the sheet is never wiped; rows are never removed. Organizers, archived and test records are skipped, not deleted.

• Re-runnable — safe to run again; it corrects the sheet instead of duplicating.

What gets exported

• Registration, visa request, hotel request and passport data (vision AI reads the passport image/PDF; MRZ kept as a secondary check; manual override).

• Every status/type/enum column shows its readable English label — never an id, UUID or slug.

• Package name (column AD) is the English package name, regardless of the delegate's chosen language.

• Every delegate is exported regardless of role. Organizers are not delegates and are never exported — in the Google Sheet, the CSV and the XLSX alike. Archived delegates and obvious test records are left out too. Multiple hotel/visa requests use the most recent one.

• Passport details are extracted once and cached; manual overrides are authoritative and never overwritten.

• Dates render as DD.MM.YYYY, times as HH:mm, Registered Date in GMT+5 (Ashgabat).
