Everything the Google Sheets export contains, in the same columns — except passport details, which are never included and never extracted.
Every column of the Google Sheets export — all 83 positions, A to CE, passport details included — in one .xlsx file with a bold frozen header row and sensible column widths. Text columns stay text, so passport and phone numbers are never reformatted. The CSV button above is unchanged.
• Rows never move — each row is found by its Registration ID and updated where it sits. No sorting, inserting, deleting, or shifting. New delegates append below the last row containing data.
• Mapped columns only — columns D, E, G, H, K–Q (excl. R,S), T–W, Y, AB, AE, AJ and AW onward are never touched.
• Never clears or deletes — the sheet is never wiped; rows are never removed. Archived/organizer/test records are skipped, not deleted.
• Re-runnable — safe to run again; it corrects the sheet instead of duplicating.
• Registration, visa request, hotel request and passport data (vision AI reads the passport image/PDF; MRZ kept as a secondary check; manual override).
• Every status/type/enum column shows its readable English label — never an id, UUID or slug.
• Package name (column AD) is the English package name, regardless of the delegate's chosen language.
• Excludes archived and organizer-labeled records, plus obvious test records. Multiple hotel/visa requests use the most recent one.
• Passport details are extracted once and cached; manual overrides are authoritative and never overwritten.
• Dates render as DD.MM.YYYY, times as HH:mm, Registered Date in GMT+5 (Ashgabat).
