Logistics

Use the official forwarder for customs clearance and on-site delivery.

Ship materials up to 10 days early for storage and timed delivery to your booth.

All freight must arrive during scheduled build-up slots (Sep 13–14).

Schedule

Plan your build-up, show days, and tear-down.

Sep 13

Custom stand contractors gain hall access from 08:00.

Sep 14

Shell-scheme booths ready; exhibitor dressing until 18:00.

Sep 15–17

Exhibition floor live to delegates, 09:00–18:00 daily.

Sep 17

Dismantling from 18:30; all materials cleared by 22:00.
