Your login credentials were emailed to you when you first registered. There is no separate account to create.
Download the app
Search for Turkmen Congress on the App Store or Google Play — that is the name the app is listed under. Or simply use the buttons on this page.
Enter your credentials
Sign in with your Registration ID and your password. Both were emailed to you when you first registered.
You are in
Your digital ticket and the full programme are waiting. Allow notifications so a change to the agenda does not pass you by.
Where to find your credentials: your Registration ID and your first password were sent to you by email when you registered. If you changed that password after signing in for the first time, use the new one.

What do I sign in with?
Your Registration ID and your password. Both were emailed to you when you first registered. If you changed the password after your first sign-in, use the one you set.
What name is the app under?
Turkmen Congress — on both the App Store and Google Play. Searching for “TIF 2026” will not find it.
The app will not let me in.
Check the Registration ID matches your registration email exactly, with no extra spaces, and that you are using your current password rather than the original one if you have changed it. If it still refuses, write to info@turkmencongress.com.
I have lost my credentials.
Search your inbox for the registration email containing your login details. If you cannot find it, or you have forgotten a password you set yourself, contact info@turkmencongress.com and the team will help you regain access.
Do I need internet at the venue?
Your ticket QR code and your saved agenda work offline. Messaging, meeting requests and live updates need a connection.
Download before you travel
Set up your schedule and send your first meeting requests now, so the Forum is already working for you by the time you land in Ashgabat.
