About
Mr. Luc Devigne is a senior official of the European External Action Service (EEAS), with extensive experience in EU relations with Europe and Central Asia. He has played an active role in EU–Central Asia relations and in the development of cooperation between the European Union and Turkmenistan. In this capacity, he has participated in high-level EU–Turkmenistan dialogues covering areas such as trade, sustainable development, transport connectivity, energy, education and regional cooperation.
