Jingru Ma serves as a Coverage Banker for the CIS and Africa region, focusing on strategic business development with Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Development Banks, and Financial Institutions. She plays a key role in originating and executing cross-border transactions and has developed strong relationships across emerging markets, connecting clients with Mizuho’s extensive global network across Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining Mizuho, Jingru worked at Bank of China (Dubai), where she specialized in Risk Management, Financial Institutions Coverage, and Syndications. Beyond her banking career, Jingru is an entrepreneur and she is actively involved in education and mentorship initiatives that support student development, and in efforts that promote women’s empowerment. Jingru holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from United Arab Emirates University and has been awarded the UAE Golden Visa under the Talent category.
