Houssam Naimi is Business Development Director, Partnerships at Bitdeer Technologies Group, a Singapore-headquartered, Nasdaq-listed technology company for blockchain and high-performance computing that develops the SEALMINER line of Bitcoin mining hardware and operates some of the world's largest digital mining data centres, including its 563 MW site in Rockdale, Texas. Based in Dubai, he leads strategic partnerships and international business development for Bitdeer across the Middle East and emerging markets, and has spoken at industry events including Blockchain Life 2025 in Dubai on vertical integration, innovation and partnerships in mining. He also writes on mining-chip efficiency, including a LinkedIn article on the path to 5 J/TH ASIC performance. Before joining Bitdeer in 2024, he spent four years with Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services as Business Development Manager and then Manager, International Business, managing C-level pitches and end-to-end deal processes for multinational clients. Earlier he held Account Manager and Key Account Manager roles at Arval (BNP Paribas Group), the vehicle-leasing specialist, and began his career in client relationship management at Attijariwafa Bank in Morocco. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Université Hassan II, Casablanca, a Master's in Marketing and Sales from ENCG Settat, and a Master's degree from Zhengzhou University, China.
