She has many years of experience in personnel management, analytics and law, supported by extensive professional experience in law enforcement agencies and the public administration system. Throughout her career, she has been involved in organizing human resources activities, preparing strategic management decisions, assessing financial and economic risks, as well as analyzing legal documents and large volumes of information. Prior to her current appointment, she served for many years in the law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, where she held senior positions, including Head of the Department for the Organization of Personnel Management at the National Bureau and First Deputy Head of the capital city department of the Anti-Corruption Agency. Since 2023, she has served as Advisor to the General Director of NTP Kazecotech LLP, where she actively contributes to the development of the company’s projects, the preparation of management decisions and the implementation of green development initiatives.
