He was born in 1989 in the city of Ashgabat. In 2012, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, specializing in commercial network advertising and management. He began his career in 2016 as an organizer at the Arçabil Hotel, part of the Hospitality Complex of the Administration of the President of Turkmenistan. Over eight years, he held various positions there, developing his professional skills. From 2024 to 2025, he served as the Head of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations at the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan. Since March 2025, he has been serving as the Deputy Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations. Since July 2025, he has been appointed as the Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan.
