How can I register for the forum?
"To participate in TIF 2025, you must complete the registration form on the official website: https://tif-turkmenistan.com/en Phone or on-site registration is not available. Confirmation and invoice will be sent after your application is reviewed."
Can I register at the venue?
No. All participants must register in advance via the website. On-site registration is not offered.
What happens if I can’t attend after registering?
You may nominate a replacement participant, provided you inform the organizers at least 20 working days in advance (especially for international delegates who require a visa).
What does the delegate package include?

Can I register multiple participants from the same company?
Yes, multiple participants from the same company are welcome to attend TIF2025. Each delegate must complete a separate registration form through the official website https://tif-turkmenistan.com/en
Is there an application deadline?
Yes, the application deadline for participation in the Turkmenistan Investment Forum 2025 (TIF2025) is 4th September 2025. We strongly recommend registering early to ensure timely processing of visa support and travel arrangements
Can I make changes to my registration after submission?
Yes, after completing your registration for TIF2025, you will receive access to your personal account on the registration platform. From there, you can make changes to your submitted information, including travel details, company info, and delegate name. If you encounter any issues, our team is available to assist at contact@turkmencongress.com
Do I need a printed ticket or badge to enter the forum?
No printed ticket is required. All registered participants of TIF2025 will receive an official delegate badge, which is mandatory for entry to the forum sessions and networking events. You can collect your badge either before the forum at your hotel or on the day of the forum at the registration desk located at the venue.
How do I pay for participation? What payment methods are accepted?
During the registration process for TIF2025, you will be asked to provide your payment details directly on the registration form, including credit or debit card information for immediate payment. Alternatively, payment can be made via bank transfer. If you choose this option, you will receive the bank details and invoice after submitting your registration. Can I request additional meetings during the forum?
Yes, additional meetings can be arranged based on availability. Please contact the forum team early to coordinate scheduling.
B2B & B2G Meetings
Are B2B and B2G meetings included in the delegate package?
Yes. All registered participants have full access to B2B and B2G meetings. These are key opportunities to connect directly with business leaders and government representatives.
Will translation be provided during the meetings?
When you fill out the registration form on our website, there will be a dedicated section about B2B and B2G meetings. There, you can indicate the organizations or individuals you would like to meet. The organizing team will review your preferences and do their best to schedule relevant and valuable meetings during the forum.
Will translation services be available during meetings?
Yes. Consecutive interpretation will be available (English ⇄ Russian, Russian ⇄ Turkmen) as needed. Please inform us in advance if you require a translator.
Travel & Visa Support
Will the organizers help with visa arrangements?
Yes. After confirming your registration and signing the participation agreement, you will receive visa support, including an official Letter of Invitation (LOI).
What documents are required for visa support?
1)Completed visa support form 2)Copy of your passport (valid for at least 6 months, with 2 blank pages) 3)3x4 cm color photo (recent, within 6 months) 4)Hotel confirmation (handled by organizers)
How long does it take to receive the visa invitation?
The LOI is usually issued within 10–14 working days by the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.
Can I get a visa on arrival?
Yes, you can obtain your visa upon arrival at the airport or land border crossing by presenting your LOI and passport.
What if my visa is denied?
In the rare case of visa refusal, your delegate fee will be refunded minus the $100 visa support processing fee.
How long is the visa valid?
The visa typically covers around 10 days — including travel days and forum participation.

Accommodation & Transfers
Can I choose my own hotel or stay with friends?
No. For visa and security reasons, all delegates must stay at an official hotel arranged by the organizers.
Are airport and hotel transfers included?
Yes. Complimentary transfers between the airport, hotel, and venue will be provided to all registered delegates.
Is accommodation included in the delegate package?
No, accommodation is not included in the delegate package. However, the organizers will assist with booking your stay at official partner hotels to provide convenient options close to the forum venue.
How will I get from the hotel to the forum venue each day?
Shuttle buses will be provided daily from each official partner hotel where forum participants are staying. These transfers will ensure convenient and timely transportation between your hotel and the forum venue.
What if my flight arrives late at night or early morning?
The organizers will arrange airport transfers based on your submitted flight details, including late-night or early-morning arrivals. Please make sure to provide your accurate arrival and departure times during registration so we can coordinate your transfer smoothly.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged at the official partner hotels, but please note that these services may incur an additional fee. We recommend notifying the organizers in advance to assist with your request.
Do I need to confirm my flight details with the organizers?
Yes, to ensure smooth airport transfers and timely logistics support, you are required to provide and confirm your flight details with the organizers after completing your registration. This helps us coordinate your arrival and departure efficiently.

What are the forum dates and daily schedule?
The Turkmenistan Investment Forum 2025 (TIF2025) will be held on 18-19 September 2025. The detailed daily schedule, including session times and event activities, is available on the official website. https://tif-turkmenistan.com/en
What languages will be used during the forum? Will interpretation be available?
The forum sessions will be conducted in Turkmen, Russian, and English. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided between these three languages to ensure smooth communication for all participants.

You can collect your badge and delegate materials either before the forum at your hotel (if you are staying at an official partner hotel) or on the day of the forum at the registration desk located at the venue.

Will food and drinks be provided during the day?

Domestic Travel & Overland Border Crossings
Can I enter Turkmenistan via a land border (e.g., from Uzbekistan)?
Yes. Delegates can cross into Turkmenistan via official land border points, including the Farap or Shavat crossing points from Uzbekistan. Please make sure your LOI (Letter of Invitation) are ready for presentation at the border.
Do I need to take a domestic flight after crossing the border?
Yes. If you are entering Turkmenistan via the Farap land border point (close to Turkmenabat), a domestic flight to Ashgabat is required. Our team at TurkmenCongress will assist in booking and arranging your flight tickets to ensure a smooth connection with the forum schedule. Please make sure to indicate your planned arrival at the border in the registration form.
Is the cost of domestic travel covered in the delegate package?
No, neither the cost of domestic flights, nor taxi service from the crossing point to the nearest airport is not included in the delegate package. However, the organizing team will help coordinate bookings at official rates and ensure a smooth connection to Ashgabat.
