Graduated in 2009 from the Kharkov Polytechnical Institute of the National Technical University with a master's degree in Chemical Processing of Combustible and Carbon Materials. Began his career at JSC Bouygues Türkmen. Between 2011 and 2012, held various positions at the Institute of Oil and Gas under the State Concern “Turkmengas”. In 2012, was appointed Chief Specialist of the Natural and Liquefied Gas Department. In February 2017, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of “Turkmengas”, and in December of the same year — State Minister and Chairman of the State Concern. In 2020, transferred to the Ahal GTG Plant. In 2022, became Chief Specialist of the Gas Processing Department, and in February 2023 — Deputy Chairman of “Turkmengas”.
