In 2002, he graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute with a degree in the Development and Exploitation of Oil and Gas Fields, earning the qualification of Mining Engineer. He began his career in 2003 as an assistant driller at the State Corporation "Turkmengeologiya". From 2004 to 2007, he served as Chief Specialist at the Ministry of Oil, Gas and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan. Between 2007 and 2016, he held various roles at the State Agency for the Management and Use of Hydrocarbon Resources under the President of Turkmenistan. From 2016 to 2019, he worked at the State Concern "Turkmengas", where he was appointed Deputy Chairman in January 2019. In September 2021, he became Deputy Chairman of the State Concern "Turkmennebit", and on April 5, 2022, was appointed Chairman of the State Concern "Turkmennebit" by Presidential Decree.
