Hangeldi Kerimov, born in 1988, graduated in 2011 from the Turkmen State Transport and Communications Institute. He began his career as Deputy Chairman of the Technical Production Department at the Balkanyolgurlushyk Production Association of the Turkmenavtoyollary State Concern. He later served as Head of the Technical Production Department (2012) and Chief Engineer (2014–2015) at the same organization. From 2015 to 2016, he was Chief Specialist of the Technical Production Department of the Balkan Velayat Highways Administration. In 2019, he worked as Chief Engineer at the Balkanavtoulag Production Association. Between 2023 and 2024, he served as Acting Chief Engineer of the State Agency for Management of Road Construction, and since September 2024, he has been its Chairman.
