Tanryguly Atayev graduated in 2015 from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in Ukraine, specializing in International Economic Relations. He began his career in 2021 at the Dökünhimiya enterprise of the State Concern Turkmenhimiya as a specialist in the Accounting and Supply Department. From 2021 to 2022, he served as Lead Specialist in the Economics and Planning Department. Between 2022 and 2024, he held key roles in Turkmenhimiya, including Lead Specialist in the Chemical Production Supply Department, Primary Specialist in the Accounting and Reporting Department, and Deputy Chief Accountant. Since 2024, he has been serving as Deputy Chairman, and since July 2025, he has also been Acting Chairman of the State Concern "Turkmenhimiya."
