Abdulla Geldiyev graduated in 2013 from the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in civil engineering. From 2013 to 2015, he worked as a construction foreman at the Ashgabatenergogurlushykdepartment of the Turkmenenergogurlushyk concern under the Ministry of Energy. Since 2015, he has held various positions within the Ministry of Construction and Architecture. From October 2020 to February 2024, he served as Deputy Minister, and in February 2024, he was appointed Minister of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan.
