Annageldi Saparov holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan. He has held various leadership roles in Turkmenistan’s energy and industrial sectors, including serving as Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production and later in the Ministry of Energy. Currently, he serves as the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan, overseeing national energy policies and development.
