Perhat Yagshiyev graduated in 2006 with a degree in Economics from Moscow State University of Technology “Stankin” in Russia. He began his career in 2009 at the Ashgabat Textile Complex and later worked at Hyundai Engineering Co. and the Turkmengaz Concern, including as Senior Marketing Engineer. From 2012 to 2020, he served in the Supreme Control Chamber of Turkmenistan, eventually becoming Head of the Department of State Investment and Construction Projects. From 2020, he led the Department for Supervision of Major Construction Projects at the Cabinet of Ministers. On February 7, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan.
