Dovlet Allayarov is an accomplished Electrical Engineer and a graduate of the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute. His professional journey spans various roles at the Turkmenistan State Electric Power Corporation Turkmenenergo, progressing from engineering to leadership positions. In 2015, he was awarded the Medal “For Love of the Motherland.” Currently, he serves as the Head of the Development Service for Renewable Energy Sources, reflecting his dedication and expertise in advancing sustainable energy solutions in Turkmenistan.
