Oleg Korobchenko was born on May 12, 1977, in Zhodino, Minsk region. He graduated from the Institute of Economics, Management and Law in 2011 with a degree in Finance and Credit and in 2015 completed a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. He began his career in 1997, working as a security guard, accountant, and commercial director. From 2004 to 2022, he served as General Director of Korib LLC. In 2022, he was appointed Acting Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, and on June 15, 2022, became Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Industry and Trade. In 2019, he was elected a deputy of the State Council of Tatarstan (sixth convocation). He is a laureate of the “Manager of the Year” award (2017) and has received multiple honors and commendations.
