Jalpa Ratna is the Representative for UNICEF in Turkmenistan, a role she has held since June 2024. She brings extensive experience from her previous position as Chief of Field Services in New Delhi, India, where she worked from March 2019 to June 2024. Her earlier roles at UNICEF include Senior Advisor in New York and significant positions in Pakistan and New York focused on polio and health.
