In 1995, he graduated from the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University with a degree in "Economist-Organizer." From 1990 to 1997, he worked as the Deputy Chief Accountant at the Gökdepe District Soviet Farm, and in 1998, he served as an accountant at the Gökdepe District Soviet Farm's collective farm. Between 1998 and 2002, he worked as the Chief Accountant at the “Gökdepe” collective farm under the Turkmenistan Food Industry Association. From 2002 to 2003, he was the Chief Accountant at the “Zähmet” collective farm of the “Serdar” Agricultural Shareholders' Society in Ruhabat District, Ahal Province. He then served as the Chief Accountant at the “Gökdepe” collective farm of the Turkmenistan Food Industry Association from 2003 to 2005. From February to November 2005, he was the Chief Accountant at the “Mary şeker” Open Joint-Stock Company under the Turkmenistan Food Industry Association and from 2005 to 2006, he was the Deputy Director of the company. Between 2006 and 2007, he served as the President of the Turkmenistan Food Industry Association. From 2007 to 2010, he was appointed Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan. From February to March 2010, he worked as an advisor in the Middle Eastern Countries Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. From 2010 to 2011, he served as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Tajikistan (Dushanbe). From September 2011 to February 2012, he was appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi). From February to July 2012, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan. From 2012 to 2020, he served as the General Director of the Türkmenabat Silk Production Association under the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan. From 2020 to 2023, he continued as the General Director of the Türkmenabat Silk Production Association under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan, and in July 2023, he was appointed Head of the Directorate of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
