Deputy Director of the Eurasian Integration Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia Born in 1988. He has two higher education degrees, in 2009 he graduated from Bloomsberg University with a degree in economics and in 2011 from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in international finance and banking. From 2010 to 2012 he held various positions in a financial sector company. From 2012 to 2021 - held positions from consultant to head of department at the Eurasian Economic Commission. 2021 - Head of the Division of Sectoral Regulation in the EAEU of the Eurasian Integration Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Since 2022 - Deputy Director of the Eurasian Integration Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. He has been awarded the Certificate of Honour of the Eurasian Economic Commission, gratitude of the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, gratitude of the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission. He has the class rank of Acting State Counsellor of the Russian Federation, 3rd class. He is married and has two children.
