Born on June 11, 1989 in Ashgabat. In 2013, he graduated from the Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov. He began his working career in 2013 at the Scientific and Design Institute “Turkmensuwylymtaslama” as an engineer of the second department. In 2019, he became the chief engineer of the project of the second department, in April of the same year he became the acting chief engineer of the institute “Turkmensuwylymtaslama”.
Since 2020, he was accepted as a leading specialist in the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. Since September 2022, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Water Resources of Turkmenistan.
