Qiao Long was born in China in the city of Heilongjiang in 1985. After graduating from school in China, he entered Harbin Institute of Technology. In 2009, he graduated with Bachelor of Science in Management in accordance with the “Regulations on the Award of Academic Degrees in the People's Republic of China.” Has 15 years of professional experience as a high-level management and expert in the field of telecommunications and IT. Since 2016, he has been working for Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. Current position is General Manager of Turkmenistan Representative Office (Ashgabat c.)
