In 2009, he graduated with a master's degree in "International Business" from the European Business School, London. From 2013 to 2021, he worked in various positions, including leadership roles, in the fields of transportation and aviation in London and Yerevan. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Deputy Director of the Department of Customs Infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic Commission in Moscow. On June 17, 2024, he was appointed Director of the Department of Integration Development of the Eurasian Economic Commission in Moscow.
