Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of N.I. Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod State University, specialising in international relations (Bachelor's degree in 2009 and Master's degree in 2011). From 2010 to 2011 he worked at the Department of International, External Economic and Interregional Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Since June 2012, he has been working at the EEC Integration Development Department, since 2016 - as Head of the International Cooperation Department.
