Maika Oshikawa has been the Director of the Accessions Division since 2018 and is the first Japanese national to serve as a WTO Director. Prior to joining the Accessions Division, she worked 22 years in the WTO working in the Institute for Training and Technical Cooperation, the Development Division, the Office of the Director-General and the Trade Policy Reviews Division.
