Anton is responsible for Business Enabling Environment component of USAID’s FGI. He is dealing with Central Asia Countries on different topics targeted to improve business environment in the region. Anton also serves as the Country Manager for Kazakhstan and responsible for activities FGI project implements in the Kazakhstan including improvement of regulatory framework aimed to help MSMEs in different sectors of economy. Mr. Zinovyev has over 19 years of professional experience working as a international legal advisor and providing technical assistance and support for implementation of OSCE, EBRD, UNDP and USAID funded projects in Central Asia region aimed to reform laws and regulations in different sectors of economy. Anton holds LL.M in International Law and two Bachelor degrees – LL.B in Civil Law and BBA in Management.
