Michael Ritter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the agricultural machinery industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President (SVP) for Asia at CLAAS Global Sales GmbH, a leading global manufacturer of agricultural equipment. Since October 2020, Michael has been responsible for overseeing the company’s operations and strategic initiatives across the Asian market, driving growth and expanding the brand’s presence in the region. Before his current role, Michael spent nearly 13 years at OOO CLAAS, where he held various key positions. From December 2017 to November 2021, he served as the General Director, leading the company’s operations in Russia and the CIS region. His leadership was instrumental in enhancing the company's market position and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Michael served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at OOO CLAAS from February 2009 to November 2017, where he managed financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, contributing significantly to the company's financial health and success.
